Good Faith Estimate – Dr. Landon N. Amonette, DC, APC

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured or self-pay individuals are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges for non-emergency services.

At San Diego Ring Dinger®, you can request a GFE before treatment. This includes estimated fees for exams, adjustments, therapeutic modalities, supplies, and administration.

How to Request: Call our office or email [your email] at least 10 business days before your appointment. We'll send an itemized estimate of expected costs.

What’s Included:

  • Professional services (e.g., chiropractic exam)
  • Procedures and treatments (e.g., manual adjustments)
  • Equipment or supplies
  • Facility use fees

Dispute Rights: If billed more than $400 over the estimate, you have the right to initiate a dispute under federal law. Please contact us or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
